Shipping Times & Delays
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days
- In some cases, shipping may take up to 20–25 business days due to:
- Customs clearance
- Carrier delays
- High demand periods
Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers are outside our control and are not grounds for refunds while the order is in transit.
Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are processed once:
- The returned item is received and inspected
OR - The issue is validated (lost/damaged item)
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds for:
- Orders still in transit within the delivery timeframe
- Delays caused by customs or carriers
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
